Hi, my name’s Scott Crundwell and I’m a multi-disciplined Creative Designer.

Following a degree course in Graphic Communication, over 15 years of industry experience in print and a solid working knowledge of web I’ve built up a fairly wide skill set including branding, signage, promotional marketing, advertising and digital. Working for a series of small design agencies gave me the opportunity to be diverse and make projects my own. I’m comfortable with micro-managing client expectations or small design teams and feel passionate about producing high end results.

I’m experienced in mentoring younger, less experienced designers and am not adverse to receiving constructive criticism. I like to engage in debate and bring an enthusiasm towards a given brief.

From intial Personas and Wireframing, I have designed and built static and responsive websites and am confident with the highly flexible Content Management System, WordPress. Over the years I’ve become accustomed with Firebug, Sublime Text and Code Kit to edit CSS along with PHP files to meet both function and the design requirements of a site. Website management has also factored into my skill set, utilising ‘Child themes’ to protect alterations from impending framework and plugin updates.

Throughout my career I have been fortunate to work with various top end clients including Orient Express, St. Ermin’s HotelAIG, Jones Lang LaSalle and more recently the runner up in Master Chef Adam Handling.

On a more social note, I enjoy playing guitar (terrible pun intended), enduro mountain biking, the odd game of football and an unhealthy interest in geeky gadgets!

I’m always interested in new opportunities, so send me an email if there’s anything I can help with.
